We are holders of an auctioneering licensing as stipulated in the auctioneers Act No. 5 of 1996 (CAP 526 laws of Kenya) and all other enabling laws of Kenya. The Registrar of Companies registered the company on 3rd August 2006, under Registration No. 448467 with Joseph Kahoro Mundia as its sole proprietor. Since its inception, the firm has grown steadily and is today a top player in the auction and allied services industry in the region. Upstate Investments services clients in the legal fraternity, the banking sector, the corporate world as well as private citizens. We serve both local and international clients. We offer our services within the legal specifications. Our operations are governed by the laws of Kenya.
